Fill the program from the patients you already serve.

This category has real advertising restrictions, and the clinics that ignore them lose ad accounts. The launch plan starts where the demand already exists.

Your existing patient base is the first channel

A practice with an active patient list is starting from a position most new entrants would pay heavily for. The launch sequence is built around reactivation and introduction to patients who already trust the clinic — which is faster, cheaper, and considerably less regulated than acquiring strangers.

What the restrictions actually are

Compounded medications may not be advertised as safe, effective, or approved. Claims about specific clinical outcomes create real exposure for the clinic making them. Separately, the major advertising platforms restrict or prohibit this category under their own policies, and those policies change frequently and are enforced unevenly.

We build the plan around what a clinic can support compliantly and around channels that fit the category. We do not promise placement on any specific advertising platform, and any clinic that has been promised that should ask hard questions.

Acquisition, once the program is proven

Once the existing base is converting and the workflow holds, the plan extends to new patient acquisition — the channels, the messaging, and the intake routing, sequenced so the clinic is not buying attention it cannot yet serve.

Measurement

Early sales analysis in Days 31–60 and the performance review in Days 61–90 look at which offerings actually sell, which patients convert, and where the program is leaking — then the menu, pricing and messaging are adjusted against that rather than against assumption.

FAQ

Launch Marketing questions.

  • Can you run ads for us?

The program builds the launch plan and the messaging. Ongoing paid media management is a separate engagement, and worth discussing on the application call if that is what you need.

  • Will our ads get approved?

We will not promise that. Platform policies in this category are restrictive, change frequently, and are enforced unevenly. The plan is built to not depend on any single platform.

  • Is it safe to email our existing patients about this?

Reactivating your own patient base is the least regulated channel available to you, but what you can say is still constrained. The messaging built in the program is written against those constraints.
