The 90-Day Peptide Clinic Launch Program

Launch a complete peptide program inside your clinic in 90 days.

We help medical, wellness, functional medicine, TRT and med spa practices build a peptide program from the ground up — sourcing, pricing, staff training, workflows, patient education, inventory strategy, marketing systems and hands-on implementation support.

See what's included

You already have the patients.

We help you build the program.

  • Limited clinic onboarding
  • Nationwide support
  • 503A/503B sourcing relationships

Implementation

A small number of clinics at a time.

So the work stays hands-on.

The Problem

Adding peptides is easy. Building the program isn't.

Most clinics already know they want to enter the peptide space. The decision isn't the hard part. The operational questions are — and they arrive all at once, usually after the first order has already been placed.

  • What should we actually offer?
  • Where do we source, and from which pharmacy type?
  • How much should we charge?
  • What do we stock, and how much of it?
  • How do we train staff who have never sold this?
  • How should the consultation actually run?
  • How do we educate the patients we already have?
  • How do we build recurring revenue instead of one-off sales?
  • How do we market a category with advertising restrictions?
  • How do we avoid tying up thousands of dollars in the wrong inventory?

Revival RX Partners helps your team answer those questions — and implement the answers — across 90 days.

The AI Chat Tool

Your team doesn't lose support on day 91.

Every Launch Program clinic receives ongoing access to our custom-built peptide AI chat tool — built around the questions peptide clinics field every day.

The tool supports staff education and workflow. It does not provide medical advice, make clinical decisions, or replace clinician judgment.

Ask the tool

Example questions clinic staff ask the tool: What's typically included in a starter peptide menu?; How do other clinics structure a recovery package?; What should staff know before the first consult?; How do we introduce the program to an existing patient?; What's a reasonable par level for a new offering?
Peptide library
Centralized reference information your team can search in seconds.
Protocol resources
Quick access to clinician-facing reference material during the workday.
Staff education
Help your team get confident discussing the program with patients.
Ongoing updates
A resource that stays useful long after your 90 days are complete.

Included with the 90-Day Program. Access continues after graduation.

Supply

Your program needs a supply chain behind it.

Launch Program clinics get access to the Revival RX Partners sourcing network through licensed partner pharmacies. Orders are fulfilled against valid prescriptions by the pharmacy — Revival is not a pharmacy and does not prescribe.

Launch Program Exclusive

Preferred pricing for your first year

Launch Program clinics receive preferred pricing across the Revival RX Partners catalog for twelve months following enrollment. Specific pricing is confirmed during onboarding and varies by compound, pharmacy, and volume.

  • 503A patient-specific compounding relationships
  • 503B outsourcing facility sourcing where applicable
  • Broad peptide catalog
  • Premixed and dry formulations
  • Peptide pens where available
  • Hormone offerings where available

Fulfilment

We never touch the medication.

Licensed pharmacies dispense it.

Prescriber Network

Prescribers in all fifty states.

Clinics without their own prescriber are the ones that stall first. Through our nurse-practitioner platform partner, Launch Program clinics get access to licensed prescriber coverage across all fifty states — so the program can see patients wherever your marketing reaches.

Fifty-state coverage
Licensed prescribers available in every state, through the partner platform.
No prescriber of your own required
You can launch the program before you hire, and bring it in-house later if you choose.
Routed into your workflow
Intake and prescribing sit inside the patient flow built during Days 1–30.
Independent clinical judgment
Prescribers are licensed independent practitioners. They decide what is appropriate for each patient.
The Economics

Build another revenue line from patients you already serve.

Peptide protocols typically run for months rather than weeks, which is what makes the category recurring rather than transactional. Use your own numbers below.

Meet the Founder

Built by someone inside the peptide business.

Revival RX Partners was founded by Brad Fogeltanz, who has spent the last several years operating inside the peptide industry — sourcing from 503A and 503B pharmacies, working with clinics on protocols and programs, and watching closely which builds scale and which stall.

The pattern is consistent. Clinics rarely struggle here because the clinical side is wrong. They struggle because nobody helped them build the operating program around it: the menu, the pricing, the inventory, the workflows, the staff training, the supply relationships. All of that has to exist before the first patient, and most clinics discover it after the first order.

The 90-Day Launch Program was built to close that gap. Not a course, not a catalog, not a franchise — an implementation team that builds the program alongside your staff and hands it over running.

Next Step

Apply for the founding cohort.

We review every application individually. If the program is right for your clinic, we walk you through scope, timing and investment on the call — and if it isn't, we will tell you.

  1. Apply — a short form about your clinic, your patient base, and your goals.
  2. Review — we assess fit within two business days.
  3. Strategy call — scope, timeline, and what the first thirty days look like.
  4. Onboarding — your Slack channel opens and Day 1 begins.

We intentionally limit the number of clinics entering each launch cohort so the team can stay hands-on through implementation.

FAQ

Answers before you apply.

  • What exactly does the program include?

A 90-day implementation program covering sourcing and pharmacy onboarding, peptide menu development, pricing and margin strategy, inventory planning, staff training, patient workflows, education resources, and launch marketing — plus a private Slack channel with your implementation team, ongoing access to our peptide AI chat tool, and twelve months of preferred catalog pricing. It is a one-time engagement with no recurring program fee. Current cohort pricing is confirmed on the application call.

  • Do we need to be peptide experts before we start?

No. The program is built for clinics that have patients and want to add a peptide service line. Staff training and patient education are part of the 90 days, so your team learns the material as the program is being built rather than beforehand.

  • Where do the peptides actually come from?

From licensed 503A compounding pharmacies and, where applicable, 503B outsourcing facilities in the Revival RX Partners partner network. Revival is not a pharmacy and does not prescribe. Partner pharmacies dispense against valid prescriptions from your clinic's prescribers.

  • Can we advertise a peptide program?

Advertising rules for this category are restrictive and change often — major ad platforms limit or prohibit certain compounded-medication claims. The marketing portion of the program is built around your existing patient base plus acquisition channels that fit the category, and around what your clinic can support compliantly. We do not promise placement on any specific advertising platform.

  • How much inventory do we have to buy up front?

Inventory strategy is part of Days 1–30 specifically so you do not over-commit. We build a starter menu, par levels, and reorder points sized to your patient demographic, then adjust during Days 31–60 based on what your patients actually choose.

  • What happens after the 90 days?

Your clinic keeps the systems, workflows, pricing structures, education materials, and pharmacy relationships built during the program. Access to the peptide AI chat tool continues, and preferred catalog pricing runs for twelve months from enrollment.

  • Is there a revenue guarantee?

No. Revival RX Partners does not guarantee revenue, patient adoption, or clinical outcomes. Results depend on your patient base, market, pricing, staff execution, and factors outside our control. Any figures shown on this page are illustrative.

  • How do we know if we're a fit?

Start with the application. We review each clinic individually and only take on a limited number per cohort so the implementation stays hands-on. If the program isn't right for your clinic, we will say so.
