Compliance

What we are, what we are not, and how the supply chain works.

Peptide programs sit inside a real regulatory framework. This page sets out our role, our partners' roles, and the limits on all of it — plainly, so a clinic can assess us before a call rather than after.

Our role

Revival RX Partners is a consulting and sourcing partner.

We are not a pharmacy. We do not compound, dispense, label, or ship medication. We do not hold a pharmacy licence and we do not take possession of the products your patients receive.

We are not a medical practice. We do not prescribe, diagnose, or treat, and nothing we provide is medical advice. Clinical decisions belong to a licensed practitioner exercising independent judgment for a specific patient.

What we do is operational: we help a clinic design a peptide service line, open accounts with licensed partner pharmacies, build the workflows and staff training around it, and support the rollout for ninety days.

The pharmacies

503(a) and 503(b), and why the distinction matters.

Compounded medications reach patients through two different kinds of facility, and which one applies changes what a clinic can legally do with the product.

503(a) — patient-specific compounding
A traditional compounding pharmacy preparing a medication for one identified patient against a valid prescription. Product cannot be compounded in advance for office stock. This is the path most peptide protocols follow.
503(b) — outsourcing facility
An FDA-registered facility that may compound in larger batches and, in defined circumstances, supply product for office use. Subject to CGMP requirements and FDA inspection. Availability varies by compound.

Orders route to whichever facility type is appropriate for the compound, the state, and the prescription. Partner pharmacies dispense against valid prescriptions issued by your clinic's prescribers, or by prescribers in the partner network, and ship directly.

Regulatory status

Compounded peptides are not FDA-approved products.

Compounded preparations are not reviewed by the FDA for safety, efficacy, or manufacturing quality before they reach a patient. That is a structural feature of compounding, not a criticism of any particular pharmacy.

Which peptides may be compounded is actively changing. Substances move between FDA bulk-substance categories, and facilities adjust what they will prepare in response. Availability of any specific compound may change without notice, and nothing on this site should be read as a guarantee that a given product will remain available.

We describe compounds by category and mechanism. We do not make claims about clinical outcomes for any compounded preparation.

Prescribers

Independent practitioners, licensed where they prescribe.

Launch Program clinics can access prescriber coverage across all fifty states through our nurse-practitioner platform partner. Those prescribers are independent licensed practitioners. They are not employed by Revival RX Partners, and we do not direct their clinical decisions.

A prescriber may only treat a patient in a state where that prescriber holds an active licence. Telehealth, good-faith-examination, and scope-of-practice rules vary by state, and the partner platform is responsible for matching each patient to an appropriately licensed practitioner.

No compensation we pay or receive is tied to the volume or value of any individual prescription.

Patient data

HIPAA, and where the responsibility actually sits.

Your clinic is the covered entity. Partner pharmacies and the prescriber platform handle protected health information under their own obligations. Revival RX Partners does not require access to your patients' protected health information to deliver the Launch Program, and does not process it as a matter of course.

Where a specific engagement would involve protected health information, that is handled under a written business associate agreement executed before any data changes hands. Saying a system is 'HIPAA compliant' is not a certification anyone issues — compliance is a property of how an organisation operates, and each party is responsible for its own.

Marketing

What a clinic can and cannot say.

Advertising rules for compounded medications are restrictive and enforced. Compounded preparations may not be advertised as safe, effective, or approved, and claims about specific clinical outcomes create real exposure for the clinic making them.

Major advertising platforms independently restrict or prohibit this category, and those policies change frequently. The marketing work inside the Launch Program is built around your existing patient base and channels that fit the category. We do not promise placement on any specific platform.

FAQ

Compliance questions.

  • Does Revival RX Partners hold a pharmacy licence?

No. We are a consulting and sourcing partner. Licensed partner pharmacies compound and dispense; we do not take possession of medication at any point.

  • Who is responsible if a state regulator asks about our peptide program?

Your clinic is. You hold the licence and the patient relationship. Our role is to help you build the program correctly in the first place — the workflows, documentation and sourcing paths are designed with that scrutiny in mind — but the regulatory relationship is yours.

  • Can we advertise specific peptides to patients?

Advertising compounded medications is restricted, and claims about clinical outcomes carry real exposure. The marketing built during the program is designed around your existing patient base and category-appropriate channels. We recommend clinics have their own counsel review outbound claims.

  • Do you have a business associate agreement?

We execute one where an engagement would involve protected health information. The Launch Program as scoped does not require access to patient data.

  • What happens if a compound we are selling becomes unavailable?

It happens, and the program plans for it. Inventory strategy in Days 1–30 is built around not over-committing to any single compound, and we support substitution and menu adjustment as part of ongoing sourcing support.
