Is the sourcing account really free?
Yes. Standard accounts are free to open and stay open with no subscription. Revival earns margin on per-order volume. You only pay for what you order.
What does the $1,500/mo Concierge add on top of free sourcing?
Concierge bundles Marketing & Lead Generation, Peptide Protocol Consultation, and the done-for-you telehealth build into a flat monthly partnership: ad and content support for patient acquisition, protocol design and dosing review for the clinical side, a HIPAA-compliant telehealth system configured and launched in roughly three weeks, direct line to Brad, and a monthly strategy review covering both clinical and commercial growth. Is the telehealth build an extra charge on top of Concierge?
No. The done-for-you telehealth build is part of the $1,500/month Concierge partnership — there is no separate Revival licensing fee for the system. The only added costs are standard payment-processor fees (a percentage of transactions) and any third-party usage that passes through at cost — the same costs a clinic would carry regardless of which tools it runs.
How is per-order pricing structured?
Pricing varies by compound, partner pharmacy, and the volume the clinic is running. Apply for an account and we send live pricing for the specific compounds you're sourcing — pharmacy pricing changes too often to post a public price list.
Are there minimums?
No. A clinic doing 5 patient prescriptions a month is welcome to source through Revival, same as a clinic doing 500.
Can I open the free account first and add Concierge later?
Yes — most clinics do exactly that. Open the sourcing account, start ordering, and upgrade to Concierge when the marketing or consultation services become valuable to the operation. No re-onboarding.
What's not included in the per-order price?
Compound cost is the per-order price. Shipping is set by the partner pharmacy (typically passes through at cost). Clinic-side ad spend and any standalone software the clinic chooses to run are separate. For Concierge clinics, the telehealth build handles patient-side billing and visits directly — standard payment-processor fees still pass through at cost — so those don't need a separate vendor.
